Each main subject is allotted 6 periods on an average per week. Two practical and one theory period is allotted for Computer Science in a week. A separate period for Activity, Art, Craft, Physical Education, Dance, Music, Percussion and Yoga is there.

TEACHING LEARNING STRATEGIES |
| The approach towards teaching- learning is child centered. Emphasis is given on discovery method, group learning, project work, surveys, experiments, role plays, etc. |

It is seem that children learn better through visual experiences, Various teaching aids, Computer Aided Learning (CAL), Audio Visual Aids are used whenever required. |

Emphasis is given on learning by doing. Various play opportunities are developed for children to learn by doing. Mathematics and Science are being developed for this purpose. Computer Labs in the school give children hand on experience on the computer. |

To develop creative, expressive and physical development, various activities are organized. There is an ACTIVITY PERIOD on Wednesday for classes III to V and on Thursday for Classes I to II. Children are asked to select any one of the following activities.

Educational tours and excursions theme based overnight and day long camps are regularly organized under the guidance of teachers. |
