In this activity the students get familiar with basics of various exercise of Yoga, which includes Pranayam & Meditation that gives mental, physical & emotional aspects of students that are necessary for each growing child. Our students take keen interest in this activity and response of students towards this is remarkable. Students also perform on the stage their performance

An interesting, designing activity, which helps our youngsters to be a good fashion designer. The activity incharge takes keen interest in developing student’s creativity in this designer activity. Students learn to do small jobs like putting buttons, stitching & embroidery their handkerchiefs or TV covers. Students also learn different types of embroidery styles like stem, lemming, running etc. With their small hands, they design really beautiful & useful items.

The activities have been divided into 3 groups. Each group can take part in all the three things: debate, declamation & dramatics. Students enjoy thoroughly performing Skits, Role Play, Dumb charades, Mono Acting, Ad – World, Poetry Recitation, Debate and many more………………. All these activities are performed in their activity period & in the classes too. It gives students a chance to verse their opinion & also listen to other children’s ideas & opinions. They feel more confident & this activity improves child’s public speaking skills & English pronunciation. We conduct YLE (young Learner English) classes to achieve their desired goal of English.

It is a paper folding activity in which our students create various shapes & patterns using colored sheets. Class tests are conducted after regular interval of time. This work is displayed in the intra & inter section and school competitions and exhibitions. We help the students to increase their hidden creativity and imagination. Students enjoy & come up with brilliant shapes with Origami.

Dance activity is to co – ordinate thoughts with actions. Children of classes 3, 4 and 5 are taught steps, hand and body movements. We encourage the students by giving them training and exploring their talents through stage performances at various functions held in the school. In Inter school and intra school dance competitions our small dancers bagged many prizes. Students enjoy dance activity always and ready to learn and dance on various functions.

Students wear an ‘Earth’s Friend’ badge made by them on the activity day. Students make games on nutrition and other topics in the form of ‘ Snakes and Ladder’ etc. Models like windmills, collage, optical illusion, slogan writing, and pollution check drive survey; experiments are done. Students demonstrate their experiments in the exhibitions held in the school. Experimental Quiz is organized. We use CAL packages for this activity to explain it more clearly. We create awareness, develops aesthetic sense and maintains friendly atmosphere with environment. Students learn to survey, collect information on nature. This activity develops sharing habits and confidence too

Our philosophy of teaching sports are – maximum participation, fun for children, providing maximum equipment so that each child has maximum time of practice to develop the skill. Every year we participate in kick – off football tournament. Students get maximum prizes in competitions. Students feel very active and participate in every sport activity actively. Many inter section ad inter class competitions are held to improve student’s strength and __________.

The children were asked to make flash cards and various number concepts are explained. Various activities are done with the help of flash cards of shapes also. Concept of time is also introduced to the students. Several concepts of Maths become clearer to the students.

Training classes are held during Assembly Time & in Activity Classes. Regular tests and elimination rounds are conducted. Through this activity, the concepts of mathematics are clearer swiftly. It helps them to prepare for the interschool competitions. Many Aryabhatta students participated in Interschool mathematics competitions. Children feel quite passionate and encouraging in this activity

Children are given some topics to prepare the poems or stories. They prepare and recite the poems and stories in the class. Class competitions are held. They are asked to bring the props also. They improve their articulation.

Children are given different topics. Students express their ideas through pen writing and they enact it with the help of the props. Students show their presentations in inter class competitions and morning assembly. They come to know thoroughly about different objects.

As drawing or painting is the first step of a child to show their creativity, So, Apeejay tiny tots improve their creativity, imagination in the proper guidance of Mrs. Chanchal Arora & Mrs. Gopi Swarup, the Drawing/ Painting incharges. Basic concepts of proportion, direction in drawing & colouring are explained. Various topics are given to the students. Our children make lovely pots, greeting cards and many more useful items by waste material, magic painting & leaf painting. They also learn paper folding. Child’s interest get developed in creative activities by waste products.
